Happy Pajama Day!
Instead of bananas in pajamas, we
had preschoolers in pajamas! There was so much excitement in the air.
Lots of eager students excited to show off their pajamas and
slippers!!
We are wrapping up our study of the
"circle" today. Today we practiced tracing the circle with our fingers,
with a crayon and finally drew the circle by ourselves. I am so proud
of how well everyone has done! I can't wait to start our new shape next
week!
For our large movement activity, we played
musical chairs. We had so much fun dancing to the music as we were
going around our circle!
Our story today was "The
Napping House" By Audrey Wood. On a cozy bed lie a snoring granny, a
dreaming child, a dozing dog, a snoozing cat, and a tiny slumbering
mouse. But then an unexpected visitor arrives to interrupt this rainy
afternoon at the napping house.....where no one was now is sleeping! Ask
your child who the unexpected visitor was!!
Keaton was our snack leader today. He brought wheat thins, cheese and pepperoni. Thank you, Keaton!!
I hope you all have a wonderful weekend!! See you on Monday!!!
